Gift cards are delivered by email and can be scheduled to send on a specific date. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
Where is my order?
All items are printed to order and most are shipped within 5-7 business days. You should expect to receive your order 7-10 business days after placing it.
COVID UPDATE: All Australian deliveries are sent via Australia Post. Please be aware that all AUSPOST services including the Express Post service are experiencing delivery delays due to a high volume of parcels in their network following the Coronavirus pandemic. Express Post continues to operate and is their quickest method of shipment, but delays of up to 10 days on top of their standard delivery times may be experienced. International freight has been severely impacted .

Making YOU happy is our number one priority. While we do our best to be as accurate as possible, sometimes human error results in a wrong t-shirt being sent, or a small mark or defect missed on a shirt. Issues like this represent less than 1% of our orders (and we’re pretty proud of that!), but if they do arise, we’ll handle it!
Incorrectly Fulfilled or Damaged Items
We will replace an item if it has been delivered incorrectly (wrong design, style/colour/sizes) or with defects. On receipt of a photo of the item received, we will send out a replacement at no charge.
Change Of Mind
Due to the fulfilment method of printing each item to order, we aren’t able to offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind.
When it doesn't fit quite right;
- Email us with the details including your order number
- Send the item back to us
- Pay $18 for re-printing & shipping
- On receipt of the item we'll send you the replacement item
