Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange.

To start a return, contact us at info@theinappropriatetshirtco.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Incorrectly Fulfilled Or Damaged Items

We will replace an item if it has been delivered incorrectly (wrong design, style/color/sizes) or with defects. Email us a photo of the item received showing the issue and we will send out a replacement at no charge. No need to send back the incorrect or defective item.

Incorrect Sizing

We print all tees to order so unfortunately we can't offer refunds in this case. If this happens, contact us and we'll see what we can do to help.

Refunds

If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
