We are currently working with decreased staff due to restrictions in Victoria which can add 2-3 business days to production. All Australian deliveries are sent via Australia Post. All AUSPOST services including the Express Post service are experiencing delivery delays due to a high volume of parcels in their network following the Coronavirus pandemic. Express Post continues to operate and is their quickest method of shipment, but delays of up to 10 days on top of their standard delivery times may be experienced. International freight has been severely impacted.
I want a design in a different style/cut. Can you add it for me?
Absolutely! Just let us know via our Contact Us page or email which design you want and in which style and specific colour and we'll usually have it listed in our catalogue within 24 hours.
Where is my order?
All items are printed to order and most are shipped within 5-7 business days. You should expect to receive your order 7-10 business days after placing it. Australia Post schedules impacted by COVID may result in further delays. International freight has been severely impacted by COVID and may cause significant delays.

Yes. All orders are printed, packed and despatched from Melbourne Australia.
What is your Return & Exchange policy?
Making YOU happy is our number one priority. While we do our best to be as accurate as possible, sometimes human error results in a wrong t-shirt being sent, or a small mark missed on a shirt. Issues like this represent less than 1% of our orders (and we’re pretty proud of that!), but if they do arise, we’ll handle it!
Incorrectly Fulfilled or Damaged items
We will replace an item if it has been delivered incorrectly (wrong design, style/colour/sizes) or with defects. Email us a photo of the item received showing the issue and we will send out a replacement at no charge. No need to send back the incorrect or defective item.
When it doesn't fit quite right;
- Email us with the details including your order number
- Send the item back to us
- On receipt of the item we'll send you a voucher to the value of the exchange items less a AUD$5.00 handling fee per item

What are your T-Shirts made from?
All of our T's are 100% combed cotton (marles 15% viscose) by AS Colour, are ethically sourced and utilise the latest Direct-to-Garment (DTG) technology to deliver retail quality prints with amazing colours and industry leading wash durability.
How do I wash a garment with DTG printing?
- Cold wash only
- Avoid harsh detergents
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not iron the print area
- Line dry inside out
- Wash before wearing
Why wash before wearing?
You may notice a subtle smell as a result of the printing process. It's completely non-toxic and disappears after the first wash.
