💸 We don’t charge extra for basic design tweaks or style swaps (within reason). As long as it’s doable and not completely bonkers, we’ll sort you out.
Examples:
✅ “Can I get ‘Carnivore’ on a hoodie?” — Yep.
✅ “Can you change the font or colour on this design?” — Too easy.
✅ “I’ve got a slogan idea — can you mock it up?” — Absolutely.

Where is my order?
All our items are printed to order and shipped from Melbourne, Victoria. It takes us a few days to process, print, pack, and ship your order. You should expect to receive your order within 7–12 business days of placing it.

Are you based in Australia?
Bloody oath. All orders are printed, packed, and shipped from Melbourne, VIC.
Can I pick up?
Nope. While we occasionally do seasonal stores, pop-ups, and markets, we’re mostly online-only.
What’s your return & exchange policy?
Making YOU happy is our top priority. While we aim to get every order bang-on, the odd mishap does happen. If it does — we’ll fix it.
Incorrect or damaged items
If your shirt arrives with the wrong design, colour, size, or any damage, just email us a photo showing the issue. We’ll send a replacement at no cost. No need to return the faulty one.
Incorrect sizing
Got the wrong size? Contact us for the return address. Return it unworn and unwashed, and we’ll ship the correct size once received.
What are your t-shirts made from?
Most of our tees are 100% cotton (marles contain 15% viscose). We use AS Colour garments — ethically sourced and known for quality. Our prints are done using direct-to-garment (DTG) technology for vibrant colour and excellent wash durability.
How do I wash DTG-printed garments?
- Do not iron the print
- Do not dryclean
- Cold machine wash (max 30°C)
- Do not bleach
- Do not tumble dry
Why wash before wearing?
Some garments may have a faint scent from the printing process. It’s completely harmless and disappears after the first wash.
