Barry Lewis

Art has been a thread in this London born artist's life. Though through school and university it took a back seat to science and engineering, it supported design work. Complementing 20 years of automotive engineering around the world, supporting many of the world's styling studios. It would surface as escapism and exploration, and even the occasional hand painted t-shirt.

In the last decade art has taken more of a role in projects of differing types. From upcycling items like leather jackets and old surfboards, to murals and the occasional pieces of more traditional art.

In this collection thoughts have been left to freely flow into unique colourful stylised pieces. Creating multi layered pieces that allow for self-expression, a view with a twist, a simple unspoken statement, a pinch of humour, or just a splash of colour to brighten the day.
